Orders, Returns & Shipping Policy
We at Obviously want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Obviously products are made in China. All online orders will be shipped within 2 business days from our warehouse in China. Obviously uses trackable express mail / courier services for all orders. All orders should be received between 5-10 working days depending on your location.
Shipping & Handling
Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs/taxes/duties that may be payable on their purchase.
Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office.
Please note: Obviously reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. While Obviously ensures that all orders are processed within the specified time any delays incurred during shipping are beyond the company's control.
Shipping Costs
All orders from the Obviously online shop are sent to customers via trackable express courier shipment and are subject to the following basic shipping rules.
- Shipment charges are calculated according to the weight of a package. It makes a difference whether you order 1 pair of boxer briefs or 5 pairs of boxer briefs. This is why as you order more garments the shipping charge increases accordingly.
- Shipment charges are calculated in accordance with your shipping location. The location drop down box in the shopping bag indicates the charge for your country. The final shipping charge will be calculated based on the actual shipping address entered during the check out process, so if you haven't selected the correct country in the shopping bag this will be corrected during the checkout process and the charge adjusted accordingly.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, you will be contacted and provided with the option of either amending your order or we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
Order Status and Returns
Obviously will only refund an order where we are unable to fulfil your order due to insufficient stock, so please select carefully before purchasing.
If your garment is faulty please contact Obviously within 1 month of purchase and we will provide you with a free replacement pair. Proof of fault will be required.

Collection of Information

If at any time the personal information you have supplied to Obviously needs to be accessed by yourself, or altered in any way, this will be provided only to the person/s named on such information and only by written application accompanying suitable identification.

Whilst Obviously takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information, sending and receiving information over the Internet is always at your own risk. No guarantee can be given that information sent over the Internet is completely secure.

In the unlikely event that you discover and can prove that an Obviously Underwear product has a defect caused by a manufacturing fault, we will not only allow you to keep the original product, but we will also replace it free of charge.
This 200% guarantee is available for 6 months after purchasing the product.
In order to prove that your garment has a defect caused by a manufacturing fault please follow the process below.
200% Guarantee Process
- Step 1 - Take a hi-resolution digital photo showing the problem area on the underwear product
- Step 2 - Compose an email containing the following:
1. Digital photo
2. A brief description of the problem
3. Your order number
4. Date of order
5. Exact description of product (Style, Size, Color E.G Low Rise Brief, Medium, Black)
- Step 3 - Send the email to info@obviously.com.au
We will confirm the fault and issue a replacement via trackable express shipping.
From time to time Obviously will offer customers discount coupons which can be used on our site in order to receive pre-allocated discounts.
Discount coupons will be combination of letters and numbers, which the customer can enter at the checkout phase of the purchase. The coupon system will then automatically apply the discount to the purchase price.
Discount coupons will be distributed based on our discretion and may be distributed in associated with discount promotions, loyalty programs or similar. Discount coupons can NOT be requested by email so please do not send email requests.
All orders from the Obviously online shop are sent to customers via trackable express courier shipment. During the period of the free express shipping promotion Obviously will pay the shipping charge for all orders of 3 or more full priced garments.
The free express shipping offer covers all garments on offer on the Obviously online shop excluding sale items. Sale items can be identified as items displayed via the specials links in the right column or by items which have their regular price struck out and a new price displayed.
During the ordering process the shipping charge will continue to be displayed in the shopping bag irrespective of the quantity purchased. The shipping discount is applied during the check out process. In the case that 3 or more full price items are purchased then the shipping discount will equal the shipping charge.
The free express shipping offer still applies for customers who are using a coupon.
